Weekly Yoga Classes with Sally McNally

Saturdays – 8:00am-9:15am – Yoga for Beginners

Every Friday morning 8:15am, we offer a group Hatha yoga class led by Sally McNally at our Buddha hall. Learn to practice ancient body postures (asanas), breathing, relaxation, concentration and mindfulness techniques to improve core strength and overall health and wellness. Yogis of all skill levels are welcome to attend.

Sally McNally is a longtime practitioner and instructor of yoga. Although she teaches yoga profesionally (Yoga Jones in Ventura), Sally has donated all the proceeds from her Friday and Saturday morning yoga classes to An Lac Mission for several years. A $5 minimum temple maintenance donation is requested for each yogi in attendance. It is recommended that you arrive early in order to secure a spot for your yoga mat.
