Saturday, May 12: Meditation Retreat with Arinna Weisman

Cultivating Joy and Loving Kindness.

The Buddha teaches that each of us no matter our age, backgrounds, gender or present emotional state has the capacity to love. We can create the conditions for growing this love by turning towards the beautiful qualities that already live inside of us such as our generosity, compassion, and empathy. When we combine the cultivation of mindfulness with this acknowledgement we find a new intimacy with ourselves that is built with joy and love.  There will be
guided  meditations in mindfulness, empathetic joy and lovingkindness, group inquiry and a dharma talk.

When: Saturday May 12, 2012, 9:30am to 4:30pm
Where: An Lac Mission
901 South Saticoy Avenue
Ventura, CA 93004
(805) 659-9751
